They can also repair blemish marks when you’ve had a breakout. Try to eat them raw so you get all the benefits you need to have your skin looking amazing.
Protein- Collagen fibers are made up of amino acids that make up proteins, so having a high-protein diet to support those fibers. Legumes, fish eggs and lean meats are the name of the game!
