Halloween is one of my favorite holidays because it’s a time where you can go out of your comfort zone and be unique! Dress up like someone completely unlike yourself or wear a costume inspired by your favorite character! Either way, be sure to have fun.

If you’re a fashionista like I am, then you probably want to skip the costume store outfit and go for something different and a little more stylish. If I’m speaking to you, then read on for tips on making your Halloween costume stylish.
Choose a chic character/costume- If you want to dress up and be stylish on Halloween then dress up as a stylish character. Dress up as Cher Horowitz or Holly Golightly from Breakfast at Tiffany’s. These costumes are so fun and easy to recreate.

Shop modern pieces- Even if you’re dressing as Cleopatra, wear a dress that speaks to the costume but with a modern twist. This is a fun way to bring your style to your Halloween costume! Play up your makeup- This year, HBO’s Euphoria changed the beauty game bringing us Gen Z beauty trends. Take a page out of their stylebook or try dressing up as a character from the show. If dressing up as a character from a show about high school students isn’t your thing, just be sure your makeup is true to your costume but still looks glam!
