Whether or not you were able to join us at the 2020 Market America World Conference, I wanted to reignite some motivation and hopefully inspire you on your journey as you design a life you have always dreamed of.
This clip is so important because whether or not you believe it, WE get to create a life of our choosing!
When we were kids, we didn’t have to worry about the “daily life” that the majority of adults do. The daily life is monotonous and it wears us down. The meaning of life is NOT simply going through the motions.
Here are a few tips that I use when life gets me down:
- Give yourself a break from things that get you down
- Practice allowing things to come, stay, and go
- Connect with positive friends and family – being around negative people will only make it worse
- Get into good daily habits – Move your body, laugh, journal, plan & clean
- Don’t let others get you down – explain to them what our business is all about and invite them to join us
The most important advice I can give is to take control of your life. When you are in control of your life, you feel unstoppable and others’ negativity doesn’t affect you as much.
As I state in the clip: this business is more than a business platform – I believe it’s a life platform.
