I have had so much fun the past few months spending time with you all during my VIP Beauty Lounges. You know I love connecting with you, and for me, these VIP Beauty Lounges are a huge highlight of 2020. We shared so many special moments and tips from our pros! Here is a round up of all my VIP Beauty Lounges.
Celebrity makeup artist, Jackie Gomez, taught us how to recreate my signature look that she has been doing on me for years! Thousands of people tuned in to learn beauty tips from the pros. Here are the products we used and some beauty tips we shared.
BEAUTY TIPS
- For winged eyeliner – Create a guide first by adding a few dots!
- For fuller lips – If you want the appearance of fuller lips, start applying your lip product from the bottom up versus from top to bottom.
- For foiled eyeshadow – Add a little bit of 10 Years Younger Spray on your eye shadow brush before applying product to create a shimmery foil look.

We challenged ourselves to do a full face glam under 5 minutes! Celebrity makeup artist, Jackie Gomez, led us through this challenge. She taught us that you do not need much to feel beautiful and to look put together. This has helped me so much when I am in a rush and on the go! Here are the products that were featured and some beauty tips we shared.
BEAUTY TIPS
- Prep your skin with skincare. Massage your skin upward and tap around your eyes with Lumiere de Vie’s Needle Free Serum.
- Start your eyeshadow from the lash line to the crease. Blend it back and forth in the crease for dimension. A little goes a long way.
- Draw dots to guide your eyeliner shape. Apply underneath the lash line to give your eye looks more intensity.
- Do one to two coats of mascara.
- Pat in your foundation with the blending sponge.
- Set foundation with your pressed powder.
- Apply bronzer in a figure-3 from the forehead, into the cheek bones, and into the jaw line.
- Apply blush. Smile and blend it in circular motions.
- Apply your favorite lipstick.
- Correct and blend with the blending sponge.

These past couple months I have dived deeper into my skincare regimen. It is my favorite form of self-care. We had an amazing training with clinical esthetician, Vena Pearson Hudgins, and Dr. Deedra Mason, on how to take care of our skin and soul!
TIPS FROM THE PROS
- Double Cleanse.
- Apply a toner.
- Pat on your serums and press it into your problem areas. Allow it to dry before applying the next one.
- Apply your retinol and creams in order of thickness.
- Roll in the powerful ingredients with the Rose Quartz or Tiger’s Eye Roller. Roll down and out for lymphatic drainage.
- Apply the Moisture Intense Masque. Use the extra product on your decolletage and hands.

We got all glammed up with celebrity makeup artist, Jackie Gomez, recreating a look we did during Market America’s International Convention in September 2020. Using bold, bright colors, it was safe to say we were pushed out of our comfort zones. Here are the products that were featured and some beauty tips we shared.
BEAUTY TIPS
- Start your brows with the lighter color towards the inside and brush in upward motions. Go dark toward the outer ends.
- If you do not have an eye primer, pat on a lighter foundation stick.
- Lightly use the shade Shallow in the Horizon palette as a base color for more brilliance.
- Blend each layer of eyeshadow back and forth for a seamless transition of shades.
- Use a color underneath your bottom lash line for a pop of color.
- Blend in your foundation with the blending sponge.
- Apply your contour and highlight with the Foundation Sticks as a based, then go in with powders.

My team led a great, informational night all about skincare. We wanted to highlight the essential steps of a skincare routine to help you get started on your journey. It can be overwhelming with the options of products you can use, but I am glad we built a seamless process to get started.
TIPS FROM THE PROS
- Simplify your skincare routine.
- Learn your skin type. This is key to choosing what products are best for you.
- Double cleanse to thoroughly remove all dirt, oil, and dead skin cells.
- Apply your toner. This will bring your skin back to its natural pH level in order to absorb the rest of your products.
- Moisturize your skin.
- Do your routine twice a day, in the morning and before bed. Be consistent!

Having the perfect lip look has become a big trend. Celebrity makeup artist, Jackie Gomez, led us in creating the perfect pouty lip with our new Motives lip formulas. Here are some beauty tips that were shared.

- Lip liner is essential to help us balance our lips. Whether you want to plump or just accentuate your natural shape, it makes the lipstick, liquid lipstick or lip glaze easier.
- Always sharpen your lip liner. Shop sharpener HERE.
- First, exfoliate your lips – Honey + Sugar, Favorite lip scrub and then you’re ready to start!
- Small lips? Make sure your lip liner is sharpened to fill that shape and to line your lips properly.
- Use a q-tip to remove lipstick from inner lips and teeth.

Dr. Deedra Mason and Kim Ashley discussed the benefits of adding the Renewal Gelee and Renewal Hand & Body Creme into your skincare regimen. - Use the Renewal Gelee twice a day, morning and night, to maximize its benefits.

I had so much fun tuning into this men’s skincare session. Men tend to neglect their skincare. Their image of health is nutrition and fitness. This is a VIP Beauty Lounge that you have to send to ALL the men in your life. Here are some tips that were shared.

- Cleanse your skin in the shower and allow the steam to open your pores for deep cleansing.
- Use the Exfoliating Face Scrub to remove excess dead skin for an even complexion.
- Use the Refreshing Toner Pads to balance the pH of your skin so that your skin can absorb the benefits of your serums and moisturizers.
- Store your Firming Eye Serum in your fridge to maximize its benefits. Apply both your eye serum and the Restoring Serum after your toner.
- Apply the Aloe Cream after your serums.
- You can use the Beard Elixir, not only to moisturize your beard, but also to tame your fly-aways.

During the holidays, we have lots of events to get glammed up for. It can get very hectic, so we decided to do another makeup challenge! Celebrity makeup artist, Jackie Gomez, led a 10-minute holiday glam challenge. Perfect to recreate in between all the holiday preparation, gift buying, and decorating.
HOW TO GET THE LOOK
- Put the Motives Eye Base on eyelids.
- Set your eye base using “Queen” from the Iconic Palette from lash line to brow bone + all over lid.
- Apply “Star Power” from the Iconic Palette in your crease using the Motives Crease Brush, blend it by moving brush black and forth.
- Use the Motives Kohl Eyeliner in “Onyx” close to the lash line and smudge for definition.
- Apply Motives Lustrafy High-Definition Mascara in Onyx.

This night was all about discovering your face shape and accentuating your features. - Set the areas you want to brighten and enhance with the lighter colors in the Shape Up Contour Palette. You can also do corrections and clean ups with these lighter colors.
- When applying blush on the apples of the cheeks, contrary to popular belief, don’t smile! It’s best that you apply the blush on a relaxed face to ensure that the blush does not sit lower on the face.
- Whether it’s contour, highlight or blush, always start light and build.

It’s incredible how you can elevate a simple look by adding a pop of glitter. Here are the products that were featured and some beauty tips we shared.
BEAUTY TIPS
- Primer your eyes from your lash line to your brow bone.
- For the perfect smokey eye, the intensity of the eye look is closest to the lash line to create depth.
- Apply the eyeliner by the lash line and smudge it onto your lid as a base for your smokey eye.
- Slightly blend your eyeshadow into your crease for a flawless transition.
- Dress up your eyes by applying your eyeshadow under the bottom lashline and apply your eyeliner on your waterline.
- Apply a shimmer eyeshadow shade to your brow bone to add some shine.
- Press glitter glue into the center of your lid and the center of your bottom lashes, then press glitter onto the wet glue to elevate your look.

This night was full of so much love and BESOS. Thalia was my special guest and so many of you tuned in from around the world. We celebrated the release of BESOS and created a gorgeous day-to-night makeup look led by celebrity makeup artist, Jackie Gomez. BEAUTY TIPS
- Press an eye primer onto your lids so that your makeup look lasts all day.
- Open up your eyes by using metallics. Rub your finger onto the eyeshadow to warm it up, and pat applying it to the center of your eyelid.
- Don’t be afraid to use color!
- Draw a dot in the inner corner of your eye, the center, and the end as a guide for your eyeliner.
- Use lip liner to lengthen the lifespan of your lip look. For a pouty lip, apply your lip liner from the outer corners into the center.
- To transition to your night look, go in with darker eyeshadow shades.
- Wet your brush with setting spray to intensify your eyeshadow shades and make shimmer shades metallic.
