Beauty Must Have: Motives by Loren Ridinger setting spray

Must have tools: Sponge, foundation brush, toner, sunscreen, primer, concealer, foundation, and setting spray.

Steps on How to Apply Foundation:

1. Make sure you have a clean face.  Prior to applying foundation wash your face, clean with toner, and moisturize.

2. Apply a moisturizing sunscreen.

3. Apply primer.  Using primer will help even out your skin tone, create a smooth surface for foundation, and helps your makeup stay longer.

4. Let your moisturizer and primer set for a few minutes.

5. Wipe off any excess primer with tissue.  If you have too much primer or moisturizer your foundation will slip and slide.

6. Apply concealer to where you need to camouflage certain areas of your skin such as: dark circles, blemishes, and spots.  Using a concealer brush, blend your concealer brushing upwards and blend with a little bit of foundation.

7. Using the tips of your fingers apply dots of foundation on your cheeks, chin, forehead, and the tip of your nose.  Using a makeup sponge blend evenly throughout your face.  Also, apply foundation to the side areas of your neck and blend evenly throughout.  Pay special attention to your hairline and jawline to ensure there’s no obvious line.

8. Set foundation with loose powder and finish off with Motives No More Shine setting spray.
