Get the Look with Motives®: “Purple Dream” Makeup Tutorial
#1. Start by applying Motives® Eye Base all over the lids. This will give you the perfect canvas to create that soft and sultry eye.
#2. Using the Motives® Demure Palette, brush Light’s Out & Teddy in and just above the crease. Be sure to blend.
