Luckily, our friend Jeannine de la Torre of Pilates One—a Miami-based studio packed with state-of-the-art gravity machines—offered to share an easy recipe with our readers. Detox Sassy Water, as she calls it, not only helps with flushing out toxins, but it also helps with anxiety. The ingredients can be bought at any grocery store, making this refreshing drink both affordable and effortless.
Detox Sassy Water
Add 1 tsp of grated ginger, 1 medium cucumber, 1 medium lemon, and 12 spearmint leaves and 8.5 cups
of water.
