As an entrepreneur with a handful of brands that constantly need my attention, it’s important for me to understand proper work email organization. Organization is a key to success you must learn to master. In business, something as simple as replying to email in a timely and professional manner could help you get ahead. 1. Create folders! Everything you need will be one in spot making managing email for different brands and projects much more efficient.
2. Archiving is your friend. Learn how to archive your emails so that your inbox isn’t constantly screaming “I’m full!”
3. Respond to email in a timely fashion. Don’t read it and then let it sit because chances are you will forget about it.
4.Unsubscribe to spam. This should cut down on the unnecessary bulk of what’s clogging your inbox.
5. Double check for auto-correct when replying to email from your phone.
