1. Build your team.

2. Slow down.
When you start feeling overwhelmed, take some time out to unplug, relax or spend time with family. It’s important to make time to recharge so that you don’t burn the candle at both ends.
3. Get physically strong.
Working out is a great way to start your day on the right foot, or wind down at the end of your workday. Health and fitness play a critical role in being mentally disciplined and physically strong enough to fight whatever the week throws at you.
4. Take a vacation.
Entrepreneurs are notorious for working all the time and rarely taking time off. It’s important to take a mental health day at least once a month to recharge. Even a short weekend getaway can give your mind and body the chance to reboot and return to work Monday overflowing with fresh ideas and solutions to problems.
