For every big goal, write a series of bitesize goals you need to tick off in order to achieve the big goals.
#3. Add timelines.
Timelines play an essential role in ensuring that you hold yourself accountable and work towards your goals with urgency. Timelines have no tolerance for procrastination.
#4. Be fair to yourself.
Life gets in the way sometimes, but remember there is no emergency more important than you. Likewise, don’t beat yourself up if you get a day or two behind schedule. Go hard the next day and play catch up to get ahead again.
