5 Ways to Look Better in Your Wedding Photos
#1. Angle Yourself to the Camera- Angles! It’s all about the angles when it comes to looking good in a photo. For a posed picture, angle yourself 45 degrees away from the camera and cross your legs while putting your weight on your back leg. Elongate your neck and you’re set to look fabulous.
#2. Make like Tyra Banks- If you’ve seen “America’s Next Top Model” then you know that Tyra is all about that “smize.” Try it for yourself in the mirror. No one wants to look dead-eyed in pictures. Practice makes perfect!
#3. Fake it Til You Make It– Fake slim arms by keeping your arms away from your body. A lot of brides and bridesmaid dresses are sleeveless so I understand the need to want to keep your arms close to your body. Lift your arms at the side slightly for that slimming effect.
#4. Au Natural- For the best possible pictures of your face, use your natural smile. This will give you the best results. It’s all about looking natural, ladies.
#5. Think of Your Favorite Celebrity- There’s always that one celebrity who looks fabulous on the red carpet. It seems as though she’s not really trying. Oh trust me, she is. There’s a lot to do before your wedding, but if you have time, check out photos of that celeb you love and practice their poses and techniques to help you on the big day!
