Indah did not disappoint at Miami Swim Week 2017, especially when it came to beauty and hair styling. For hair, that brand asked renown stylist René Furterer to give models some beauty bohemian waves as they walked down the runway. Find out how he created these hair looks down below.
Prep:
- To prep the hair for styling Furterer asked models to come in with clean, dry hair.
- He added René Furterer VOLUME volumizing conditioning spray – no rinse, to help give hair more volume blow-dryed their hair with a nozzle attachment and a round brush.
- Since this look is all about long hair, any models who needed extra length were given extensions from Clip Hair 100% Remy Human Hair.
Styling
- Next, he used a twisting technique with a one-inch-wide flat iron.
- First, he brushed through the hair before spraying it with René Furterer LISSEA thermal protecting smoothing spray
- Then he gave their hair a rough-dry hair with the blow-dryer and brushed through their hair one more time.
- To lock in that volume, he set the hair into oversized pincurls. These pincurls help set that model’s hair as they get they hair and makeup done.
- Once the models were to of the makeup chair, he worked a little René Furterer SOLAIRE protective summer oil into the roots to add more shine.
- To enhance the body and make the waves and twists look more natural, he sprayed their hair with René Furterer NATURIA dry shampoo and René Furterer TEXTURE SPRAY.
