Say You Will

1. Begin by applying “Lace” (I do Palette) on to the brow bone! Then taking “Cake”(I do Palette) blend in the crease
2. Using “Dance” (I do Palette) pat on to the outer half of the lid
3. Using “Rings” (I do Palette) apply to the inner part of the lid
4. Taking “Kiss” (I do Palette) blend in the outer corner of the eyes, then using Motives Mineral Gel Liner in Little Black Dress apply your winged liner
5. Line the water line using Motives Khol Eyeliner in Angel. Then using “kiss” (I do Palette) line the lower lash line and blend slightly
6. Set this look for all-day wear with Motives 10 Years Younger Makeup Setting Spray
