The Spring Summer 2017 runways were all about brining a touch of the 80s into the mix while playing with neutrals and feminine silhouettes. This brought out a slew of unique nail looks. From bright colors mixed with contrasting colors at Jeremy Scott to playing with neutrals and metallics at Rodarte. It feels like this spring, anything goes—especially when it comes to nails. I love playing up my nail color. For me, it’s all about going from classic shades to fun, bright shades that stand out. Got any nail plans for spring? If you don’t check out this post to see some of my favorite nail polishes perfect for the season.

Motives® Nail Lacquer in Tuxedo, Motives® Cosmetics, $7.95- I know what you’re thinking: Black? For spring? Who does that? Well, if you follow fashion trends at all, you’re going to be wearing black on your nails this spring. The 2017 spring runways were full of nail art that featured black shades with some contrasting colors. Opening Ceremony did it along with Chrisitan Siriano so why can’t you do it, too?
