Welcome to the first official day of spring, ladies! Every year, all sorts of articles pop up on how to transition your winter wardrobe into spring and it seems like they always give the same advice. Not anymore! Today, I’ve been inspired by some of my friends and family members to bring you new ways to help you transition your winter wardrobe. Read on to learn my advice and be sure to let me know what you think in the comments section. How to do bring winter basics and spring staples together? Let me know!
New Ways to Bring Together Winter Basics and Spring Staples
Don’t be afraid to play with faux fur- I loved La La’s look at the Yeezy fashion show during NYFW. She paired a white dress with a faux fur jacket for a look that’s sexy. It’s a fun play on texture and creates a unique silhouette. I suggest you try to do the same this year to have fun with your spring style.

Pair winter basics with white pieces- Take a page out of Style by Nini‘s stylebook and pair your favorite spring pieces with winter basics, like a coat or boots. If the temperatures are still cool where you live this is a great styling technique for spring.
