Paris Haute Couture brought all the best names in high fashion to the catwalk last week. Fashion lovers got to see designers like Chanel and Valentino display their gorgeous designs and, of course, their conceptualized beauty looks. So, last week may have been full of gorgeous dresses, but there were also plenty of gorgeous beauty looks to match. A few of the runway beauty looks definitely caught my eye. Find out my favorites below.
Futuristic Glam- Models Kendall Jenner, Gigi and Bella Hadid wore crease cutting futuristic eyeliner down the catwalk during the dollhouse themed Chanel show. The models wore Princess Leia-esque croissant hairstyles down the runway. Could Karl Lagerfeld have been inspired by Star Wars? Either way, the looks were definitely chic and unique. I can’t wait to see how these futuristic looks translate as modern day trends.
No Makeup Makeup- Viktor & Rolf sent models wearing fresh-faced dewy looks down the runway. This no makeup makeup trend has been around for a while so it may have reached it’s limit, but I still can’t help but love natural beauty looks like the one below.
Low Updo- Stéphane Rolland had models try this low, ethereal hairstyle to match his gorgeous haute couture dresses. I love a low pony with a middle part. If you want to create something similar to the look below, then add a braid to your low pony or play with similar styles. Absolutely gorgeous.
Messy Maiden- Elie Saab paired his gorgeous gowns with messy middle parts. This look is effortless and definitely translates to everyday wear. Would you rock this hair look? Maybe take it to the next level by adding a Elie Saab inspired hair piece.
