A true test of your character is how you deal with failure. You are a talented, charismatic, professional woman, and if a dream goes south or a business project takes a turn for the worst, it’s important to carry those qualities into the situation at hand. One must view dealing with failure as an opportunity to re-evaluate that critical point where perhaps things did not go the way we had hoped and intended. Deal with failure by bringing an unbiased opinion to what went wrong with the project, learn from the mistakes that were made and move on. Try one more time, perhaps a third time after that. Do not give up on what makes your heart happy it is called trial and error for a reason, if you continue to learn and grow that means you are dealing with failure in a positive way. Remember that it happens to everyone – success is achieved through failure. Those who are courageous enough to pick themselves up, dust themselves off, and soldier on are the ones who make it to the top.
