Take a Bath- No, seriously, take some time from the little ones and find a moment for a rallying bath. Use lavender scented products and bath bombs. Exfoliate your skin. Listen to some music or read a book. Just a little bit of time away from your priorities will help you to enjoy the holiday!
Stretch- 3 Ways to Make Relaxation Your Priority This Labor Day Bust out the yoga mat and stretch out this muscles. Stretching feels so good when you really focus on your breathing. You can even give yourself some time to meditate after your stretch. Lay down and focus on relaxing all of your muscles. Yup, that’s how I want to spend my holiday.
Binge- Instead of heading out to parties on Labor Day, stay at home by yourself and watch those movies you’ve been meaning to watch. Let the world pass you by as you take a day just for yourself!
