5 Daily Habits From Happy Busy Entrepreneurs

As an entrepreneur it is easy to get discouraged, stressed, and sometimes forget to smile.  With so much going on from both our personal lives and our professional lives we tend to forget what’s most important and sometimes our attitudes can reflect our performance. At the end of day what’s the point of so much work, money, and success if you can’t even smile?  Here are 5 daily habits from happy busy entrepreneurs.  Like my friend Russell Simmons says, “smile and breathe. :-)”

1. Be happy you are waking up to another beautiful day.  Be happy for your life, friends, and family and all those around you.

2. Smile at all times.  Do you rather say good morning to someone with a frown or a smile?  Smile at strangers, smile at your co-worker, receptionist, and everyone you greet.  There’s nothing more pleasing to the eye than a smile.

3. Think positive it could be worse.  Having a bad day?  Feel like your world is going to end?  Just remember that there’s always light at the end of the tunnel.  As long as you have health, love, and life that’s all that matters!

4. Make someone else laugh.  Anytime I’m having a bad day I’ll call my brother, daughter, or friend anyone I can share a really good laugh with.  This will distract me for a few minutes and get be back to a happy positive attitude.

5. Meditate.  This is probably one of the best practices that help increase concentration, decrease anxiety, and boost the general feeling of happiness.  Stay still for a few minutes trust me nothing.  Meditation is a form of relaxation and one of the best ways to release stress.
