5 Tips for Managing Your Busy Schedule
#1. Get enough sleep! This is huge – every problem seems bigger when you aren’t well rested.
#2. Get an early start – getting up before the rest of your family is a huge timesaver. With an extra hour of quiet in the wee morning hours, you can accomplish more than you’d imagine.
#3. Set your schedule in order of priority. Lock down the must-dos first and then start adding the bonus activities.
#4. Allow for blank space on your calendar, seriously. You have to leave time in between commitments to account for mishaps. Try adding in a plans-free weekend here and there, the down time will feel so good.
#5. Worry about you, not everyone else. Who cares if you miss a bake sale or you couldn’t squeeze in a manicure? Imperfection is one of the best parts of character and there is no need to be concerned with what anyone else thinks.
