5 Ways to Make Waking Up a Little Brighter

  1. Give yourself some extra time with the alarm. Setting your alarm about 10 minutes early gives you some wiggle room to wake up slowly.
  2. Give your kiddos a big cuddle. Letting the kids jump in bed for five minutes of cuddle time will be just the boost of sweetness you need to get going for the day!
  3. Make all your decisions the night before. Setting out your clothes and making your lunch the night before can really save you in the morning.
  4. Leave your blinds part-way open when you go to bed. Waking up with a little natural light will help you ease out of your slumber and waking up won’t feel like such a shock.
  5. Stretch it out. Before you even get out of bed, give your whole body a good stretch.
