5 Ways to Stop Being Frustrated

Are you frustrated?  When you’re feeling frustrated, remember that only you have the power to turn your frustration on and off.  You can’t control what happens to you, but you can control your response.  Stop allowing frustration to knock you off of your game and do something about it!  You can either choose to let frustration win or you can kick frustration in the rear and triumph over it.  Here are five simple ways to stop feeling frustrated right now:

– Take a walk.

– Read something funny.

– Assess your progress.

– Meditate or do yoga.

– Exercise your frustrations away.
