7 Ways to Start Making Yourself A Priority

  1. Remind yourself daily of what you have to be thankful for.
  2. Choose healthy, organic foods whenever possible. Eating well will keep you feeling great.
  3. Take time for self-reflection and time alone.
  4. Do something you love, every day. Whether it’s five minutes of reading your favorite book, a yoga class or even a walk with your dog – try and make it happen.
  5. Make sure you’re getting enough sleep. (this one is essential!)
  6. Spend time outside – enjoying a little fresh air goes a long way for rejuvenating the spirit and the soul.
  7. Make time for daily exercise.
