I’m obsessed with strong arms. Strength training my arms are some my favorite types of exercise. To me, strong arms are a symbol of a strong woman. Lifting weights is great, but when you need an extra muscle boost there are a couple of things that you can do. Great rid of the loose sleeves and tighten up that flab because it’s time to try some of my favorite arms strengthening workout moves. Check them out below and let me know what you think in the comments. I love hearing what you have to say.
Plank Press- You’ll need some dumbbells for this move. What you need to do is place the dumbbells shoulder width apart on a mat and then get into plank position. Next you have to lift one dumbbell at a time from plank position to behind your back. This move should help strengthen your shoulders, biceps, and abs. It’s my favorite for posture help.
Monkey Arms- Sound silly? Well it helps work out your shoulders and triceps hard. Here’s what you need to do: grab your 3-5 pound dumbbell, stand up straight and extend your arms. Get your dumbbells under your armpits like a monkey. Then repeat extending your arms over and over.
Swan Lake- This move doesn’t require dumbbells. Set your stopwatch to five minutes. Next just lift and lower your arms with your back straight. Do it as gracefully as you can. Add some bounce in your knees as you come down. This move helps you lose that arm flab you’ve been trying to drive out.
