Creating some added value, and in many cases, some much needed additional storage, built-ins can house all sorts of items – from books to televisions and are a great way to display some of your most treasured things. Rather than having a bunch of freestanding bookcases everywhere, built-ins are made to look like they are part of the original house, creating character where it might be lacking and in some cases can be an incredible focal point.
