Detaching: How to Emotionally Detach

Lead with Your Head- It’s time to get logical. I know, when your dating or hoping for something big to happen, you get emotionally attached. You start hoping for a future and when it turns out differently than you expect, you may feel a little hurt or disappointed.

Focus on the Present Moment- The past is over with and we have no idea what the future holds, so instead, put your energy in the present! When you start attaching yourself to a future, you forget to focus on the present moment. Really, all that you have is the present. So give the future planning a break and focus on what’s happening now!

Practice Self-Love- When you’re manifesting, and you want that one thing so badly, you find that your focus is away from yourself. Let’s say you want that one guy to talk to you. You end up putting all your attention on that situation that you forget to focus on yourself. Once you start putting your focus on yourself and let go of that one guy, you begin to see how he was all wrong for you to start with. When you practice self-love, you find what you really want in this life! Go after it!
