Earth Day is tomorrow and it’s such an excellent reminder to stop what you’re doing and just think about our precious planet. But rather than simply reflecting on Earth Day, it’s a day of action and participation. Did you know that the first Earth Day was held on April 22, 1970? It originated as a national demonstration to petition the government to add environmental issues to the political agenda. The first Earth Day was so successful that it’s been celebrated ever since. So what can you do? Here’s some great Earth Day activities to get you and your family involved.
