It doesn’t really matter where you’re headed, whether by train, car, plane or boat having an easy travel makeup routine helps make sure you’re looking good no matter what. From foundations to mascara – traveling can take a toll on your look in an instant. I’m not sure if it’s the dry air or the stress of it all, but here are my tips for easy travel makeup that will go the distance.
Easy Travel Makeup
- Moisturize! Moisturize! Moisturize!
- Skip the foundation (just for your travel day) and go light. If you have to have some coverage, opt for a tinted moisturizer instead.
- Try misting your skin with essential oil infused water or mineral water throughout your trip.
- Utilize blotting papers to get rid of excess oils.
- Try a little bit of bronzer or shimmery powder for a touch of glimmer and brightness.
