Identify Why You Procrastinate- Procratination is just fear in a different outfit. I know it may be hard to believe but the reason your procrastinating could have more to do with where your head is at than simpley not wanting to do something. It could be fear of failure or fear of success. Either way, it’s your fear that gets you to procrastinating.
The Mind Hack:
The 5 Second Rule- When in doubt start counting down from 5. Then, put all your focus in your task for fifteen minutes. Otherwise, when you second guess, and listen to your excuses, you get distracted, and the moment is gone.
