Some days, I wake up feeling lethargic, unhappy, and unenthusiastic about life. Does this happen to you? Life is a mixed bag. You’re not always going to wake up excited and ready to take on the day. Sometimes, it feels harder than you expected but that’s okay. The trick is to get excited and ready for life again.

Get Out of That Funk with This Trick

Tony Robbins is an expert when it comes to changing your perception. Remember, you’re in control of the way you feel! There’s no other way around it! Tony’s trick to getting out of that lifeless funk is something called priming. It’s all about changing your physical state. So if you’re laying in bed feeling miserable and depressed, you’re going to have to put on some workout clothes and get to moving.

My suggestion? Take a twenty minute run to help you feel better. Dance around your living room. Do something that will get you into a state of moving. It doesn’t have to be anything crazy. It’s all about getting out of that funk by changing your physical state.
