Working our way to success is such a grind. Every day we
need to be on top of our game, thinking creatively and strategically.
Sometimes, while we’re climbing we forget why we’re even on this journey. It
happens to the best of us. And then, out of nowhere, we meet a young aspiring
entrepreneur that looks at us with those rookie eyes.
It’s these hungry amateurs that tend to remind why we got
into our careers in the first place. It’s easy to get jaded after many years of
trying to make it. But have you ever met someone who feels you’ve already made
it? It’s nice little reminder, isn’t it?
And while many people may feel intimidated by new bunch of
professionals, it’s in your best interest to keep them close and help them succeed.
I know that my sound counterintuitive, but not only will helping them make you
feel fulfilled, it will also keep you fresh and on your toes. Market America is completely built on the idea of helping others succeed. If you have the talents to help people looking to succeed, share them. We do not live in this world alone. We need each other.
Do not make these
people your enemies. If you’re confident about your talents, you shouldn’t see
these people as your competition. Instead, learn from them and absorb their
fresh inspiration. Plus, helping others succeed is sure to bring you some nice
karma for a while.
