How to De-Stress Anywhere

You can de-stress anywhere!  Life is so busy.  With the increasing busy schedules along with life’s chaos, stress is inevitable.  How often have we heard that we must take time to de-stress and take care of ourselves.  You may be thinking, “where do I have the time?”  There is always time to fit in a few minutes for yourself!  Stress does not do your physical, mental, or emotional state any good.  You can learn how to de-stress at the office, your home, even standing in line at the grocery store.  It is completely up to you.

Here is advice on how to de-stress anywhere:

– Close your eyes and take five deep breaths.

– Turn up your favorite music.

– Do some people watching.

– Flip through a magazine.

– Smile.

– Eat your favorite snack.

– Call an encouraging friend.

– Pamper yourself.
