How to Forget About HIM
Forgive and Let Go- Once you’ve had it with your feelings from that special someone, take some time to forgive. Remember the good but also remember the bad. I know that you think that your ex was the right person for you, but there are things about he or she that weren’t exactly perfect. Write down what you can, journal. Remember that words have power. Repeat after me, “I forgive him/her.” And let go!
Pick Up Meditation-To forget about your ex, you’re going to want to stay in the present moment. Meditation is a great way to overcome negative thoughts or thoughts of your ex. Find a quiet place, relax and focus on your breath for 10 to 20 minutes. When you find yourself thinking thoughts about your ex, try to switch your thoughts to something that will affect your life more positively.
Be Active- Being active contributes to your happiness. If you’re still feeling down about your significant other and can’t get he or she off your mind, try going for a run or walk. Get outdoors and focus on your health instead. Go out and see friends. When you’re heartbroken, you don’t want to be out on your own.
