How to Turn an Ending into a New Beginning
Of course give yourself a few days to lay around on the couch, watching sad movies and crying your eyes out with all your best girlfriends around – that’s okay! But, once you’ve gotten all the tears out, it’s time to jump up and start looking at all the great opportunities coming your way. Think about the parts of your relationship that were holding you back: maybe you want to move far away or travel the world for a year. Perhaps you’d like to go back to school, make a massive career change or even take an art class at night. Think about all your dreams, because now is the time to turn an ending into a new beginning.

Sometimes we don’t even realize that our relationships are keeping us stuck in a rut! Have you recently ended a relationship? What will you do to create your new beginning?
