Have you ever felt that life is just too overwhelming? Have you ever been in the life’s whirlwind of which you had no chance but to go with the change of the wind. Has there been a time when you have been extremely frustrated with your finances, your family, your career and yourself? Have you ever been at a breaking point but won’t allow yourself to break? We all have been at the epicenter of the storm of life.
Allow yourself the opportunity to release your frustrations and disappointments. Stop carrying them in your head, on your back and in your chest. Sometimes a good cry is all you need to release it all. We as women are so accustomed to remaining strong for our loved ones and friends that we don’t allow ourselves the much needed time to let go of our own stuff. This is necessary, not to be seen as weakness.
Let me ask you, when you have really had that gut releasing cry that made you deal head on with your fears, failures, hurt, pains, struggles, and disappointments, didn’t you feel better when you were done. Did you have a sense of clarity and a renewed feeling that everything was going to be fine? Where you able to come to resolve within yourself? Exactly! Don’t deny yourself these moments. In our weakness is when strength is formed.
