The lists we make are
usually comprised of responsibilities that tend to stress us out a bit.
Sometimes, I like to switch it up and make a list of things I love instead of
things I have to do.
A list of love is a great
way to instantly change your mood from bored to inspired. You also gain a new
perspective on life when you’re thinking about the positive things in your life
as opposed to the negative. By making a list of love your training your mind to
be more optimistic. It’s when we’re filled with hope when things start to
become reality.
If you found yourself
feeling a little blah, make a list of love. It’s amazing how you’ll instantly
feel better. Maybe even spend time with something on your list if you can like
Yoga. Go ahead, dream a little today.
