Is There Something That Holds You Back?– If there’s something holding you back, look at it as objectively as you can. Start here!
Identify Why- Why did you drop off your goal? Was there a reason? Something you’re afraid of? If there’s more than one reason, list them out. Go one by one and read them out to yourself. How do you feel when you read them?
Feel the Fear- When there’s something holding you back there is usually a belief or a fear related to not going through. Go down your list of what’s holding you back and figure out where that belief came from. This is a great coping mechanism for overcoming personal obstacles.
Work Through the Fear- There are so many ways to overcome fear. Rewire your brain, rewire those thoughts that tell you that can’t achieve your goals. You can! It’s all about believing in yourself and what you can offer. There’s only one you, and you need to live the best life you can. There’s still time this year! Get to it!
Know Your Way- Knowing your way will change the game. It’s the reason for everything. If there’s ever a moment where you feel like dropping your goal, remember your why, and you’ll be in fighting shape to take on your goals once again.
I know you can do this! Make the next seven months count!
