Fruits and vegetables contain all those healthy nutrients that feed your body and brain. Good foods fight diseases, make you feel good and give you all the vitamins and antioxidants your body needs. So, not only will you feel good while eating, but after as well! Eating well can help change your outlook on your day.

Start A Hobby- What do you do when you get home from work? Do you head straight for that glass of wine and put on Netflix or do you settle into a good book. Having an enjoyable hobby or something to look forward to is a great way to get your mind focused on something outside of your depression. You could join a book club or start looking into a hobby you’ve always been interested in. An engaged brain is a happy one!
