Setting goals for myself is one my favorite pastimes. Have
you ever set a goal for yourself and about two years later it actually happens?
It’s an amazing feeling, isn’t it? Sometimes all it takes is a thought. But for
bigger goals, it may take a little more concentrated manifesting.
(My goal: to help others succeed. With a very lucky and excited Market America distributor and fan at our International convention)
Here’s an exercise that can help you stay on track with your
goals. Start by writing down where you are today in all arenas of your life,
whether it be work, family life or social life. Next write down where you’d
like to be 10 years from now according to each category. Now, look at both
columns. Ask yourself what steps you need to take in order to get from where
you are today to 10 years from now. Go ahead and write down those steps. You
now have yourself a roadmap to your goals!
Keep this information in a safe place. You’ll want to look
back at your roadmap every six months just to make sure you’re on the right
path. Remember to be flexible. Some of your steps may change a bit. What
matters is that you keep your eye on the prize.
Where will you be in 10 years? Let me know on Twitter:
