Intention” />
Several books and experts will tell you to imagine your
future exactly how you’d like it to be in order to manifest your dreams. But
have you ever thought to imagine your immediate future for optimal results?
I like to call this practice of imagining your immediate
future, intention. Our days seem to happen so fast that we forget to put
intention behind our tasks. We just go through the tasks like robots. But what
if, before you move into a new part of your day you take a minute to think
about how it will play out? For example, you’re washing your face and you’re
about to have breakfast. While washing your face, you’re going to want to think
about the nutritious meal you’re about to have and how it will leave you
satisfy. That way when breakfast time does come, it’ll be an enjoyable
experience because you imagined it that way.
Putting intention behind everything you do will help keep
you on track. Large goals are overwhelming. But if you work on every little
part of the day in a way that it is aligned with your final goal, you’ll no
doubt get there. Setting intentions means preparing yourself for the next step
in the day by imagining the best possible outcome. It’s a really fun game and
will help you put your 100 percent in everything you do.
Set your intention. That big goal is closer than you think.
