Bad days are a pain but bad weeks are just impossible. The week seems like a year instead of five business days that won’t end. Bad weeks can leave a bad taste in your mouth, make you want to crawl under your bed and wish that Monday’s did not exist. It will get better. Sometimes we have to endure the bead to appreciate the good. Also, bad days and bad weeks reveal our strength. You will bounce back. Allow yourself to feel how you feel, just don’t stay there. Look at the lessons to be learned and move on. Approach the next week with a positive attitude and look forward to a new change.
