While I always look forward to having a Black Friday extravaganza, I was never a fan of the crazy-early wakeup calls, long lines and fights over who got that sweater/tv/insert product here. The biggest shopping day of the year shouldn’t mean any of those things! I would much rather score the best deals without ever leaving my couch. Who’s with me?

- There is no reason to head to the mall on Friday when you have a computer right in front of you! Retailers offer the same (if not better) discounts online and trust me, getting those shoes you’ve been eying at 50% off feels so much better when you snagged them while still in your pajamas.
- Go for The Trifecta of Savvy Shopping (yes, I just made that up): sale or coupon + free shipping + cash back = WIN. When you take the time to compare prices on your favorite products, you figure out which brand is offering the best deal. And after adding cashback for your purchases into the equation, you are literally paying yourself to shop. That’s why I’m all about shop.com, especially during the holidays when every little bit counts!
- Bookmark which items you want to buy on Black Friday now so all you have to do is click the link, get the discount/coupon code and buy. This saves so much time, rather than having to re-search for something the day of, praying it doesn’t sell out in the process.
And can we just add how much more fun it is to receive a package in the mail? It’s like your birthday or Christmas every time the UPS guy comes to the door 🙂
