Do you need tips for breaking bad habits? How many times have we said, “I’m going to stop doing this” or “I promise not to do that after the first of the year?” We try to convince ourselves we can break a habit but secretly, we aren’t sure if we have willpower to do it. But I know that it’s possible! If you do anything for 30 days, it can become a habit. Same for breaking bad habits. Breaking a bad habit will not be an overnight miracle – be prepared to work hard! But it’s important because bad habits can be truly destructive in our lives. They can cause pain, anger, embarrassment, and a negative impact. Get rid of bad habits that don’t build strength or empower you.
