- Iceland’s political front is largely led by women.
- Finland ranks second in the WEC Global Gender Gap Report.
- 3. Norway has closed 80% of the gender gap. (incredible!)
- Sweden is ultra-supportive of women in the workforce with excellent parental leave benefits.
- Ireland is also shrinking that gender gap by leaps and bounds!
- New Zealand has kept a spot in the top 10 best countries for women since 2006.
- Denmark is another one whose held on tight to a top 10 position since 2008.
- Philippines have closed the gender gap in health & education.
- Nicaragua has 40% women in parliament this year.
- Switzerland has shown tremendous gains in economic and political empowerment.
