Treadmill studios are popping up from coast to coast and are giving stationary bike studios a real “run” for their money.  Promising a killer cardio and fat-burning workout, check out the Mile High Run Club if you’re in New York or Barry’s Boot Camp with multiple locations nation-wide.

Barre Classes – While barre classes have been around for quite a while, they have just recently been gaining popularity and popping up nearly everywhere. Targeting those small, hard-to-reach muscles, these classes will leave you unbelievably tones. The workouts are a lot tougher than they look! Check out the original Bar Method or Pure Barre for locations across the U.S.

Rowing Classes – It’s true that rowing is an incredible full-body workout sure to whip you into fast shape, so how about checking out a rowing studio? These workouts are no joke and will leave you feeling both invigorated and exhausted at once! Check out City Row in New York City or Row House NYC.

Beach Boot Camps – Want to be outside this summer, getting the workout of a lifetime all while having a great outdoor experience?
