Ways To Deal With Anxiety

States age 18 and older? Stress and anxiety are among the biggest difficulties
that adults are faced with.Stress
and anxiety are emotional problems and can be hard to fix with the help of
medicines.Anxiety can cause a lot
of trouble through sleeplessness, panic attacks and weight loss.Anxiety is caused by stress, depression
that can cause psychological challenges faced by many people. There are so many
of us that have difficulty sleeping, eating and even focusing so how do we deal
with this issue?Below are some
ways on how to deal with anxiety.

  • Change your diet: Following a balanced diet
    is not only good for your weight and general health, but is a proven stress and
    anxiety management technique.
    Eating food rich in calcium, phosphorus and magnesium helps reducing
    stress and so does avoiding refined sugar.

 

  • Exercise: This is an excellent stress &
    anxiety management technique – it eases the symptoms of anxiety and
    stress.During exercise endorphin
    is released and that helps in boosting your mood.Medical practitioners recommend at least 45 minutes daily
    exercise from up to five days per week and this can be aerobic, walking or
    cardio.

  • Reduce the intake of caffeine: limit your
    caffeine intake or switch to decaf. Large amounts of caffeine will induce
    symptoms and might lead to sleeping troubles as well.

  • Increase in Vitamin B: This will help you in
    your battle with anxiety disorders and stress.Most doctors will advise you to increase the intake of
    foods, rich on B vitamin or take it as a supplement.

  • Try Yoga:Yoga is slow paced, a slow breathing exercise technique,
    which is in sharp contract the symptoms and characters of anxiety and our
    reaction to do it.
    Driven by its characteristic prolonged
    breathing, yoga helps dampen the causes of anxiety within ones mind.

 

  • Sex: Did you know the sex is one of the best
    de-stress techniques? Large amount of edorphin, which is a feel good hormone,
    is released during sex and this explains why all people are happy after having
    sex.Studies have proven that sex
    and orgasms boost mood and reduce stress levels.Even though most of us lead busy lives, you can always find
    time for sex.

  • Aromatherapy: This is a great way to relax,
    there are many oils like lavender, geranium, marjoram and others can help you
    relax and in fact have been used to help people with sleeping disorders.
