What You Need to Know About The 30 Day No-Contact Rule

If you’re looking to get your ex back, even after you’ve taken the time to evaluate your relationship, then here’s what you have to do. Continue the no contact rule even after the 30 days. The 30 days are really a primer to help you get through. If after that month, they still don’t contact you then they probably don’t want to hear from you. You’re going to have to wait it out a little longer but sooner or later, they’ll be wondering where you went and don’t be surprised when you get a message!
