You have had it! You have reached your tolerance level and if one more thing happens, you already fore warned people that you are not responsible for what may happen. Does this sound like you? Have you been in a great mood but the moment you turn the corner to where your job is located you get an instant attitude? Do you find that your emotions and personality is not dictated by the place you work? if you have answered yes to any of these questions, it is time to reevaluate your job situation.
You may have a great idea for a business or have had conversations with friends who had recommended other companies, yet you have not followed up. Understand that remaining stagnant or moving forward is completely up to you. If you absolutely hate your job, then you have to make a decision. If you job is bothering you to a great deal where it is affects your mood, the quality of your work, or how you interact with your co-workers, sooner or later a decision will be made for you. Be honest with where you are mentally. Be honest if you are not giving your 100 percent.
I would suggest that while you have your current job, do the very best you can while you are there. Find something positive to focus on during your 8 hour days. In the mean time, work on your business plan, clean up your resume, search for new positions, research other companies, and network. If you want change, be that change agent. Take control and do what is best for you.
