CNN recently reported that suicide rates have increased by a terrifying 25% across the USA over the last twenty years ending in 2016. In the wake of the incredibly sad news of fashion designer Kate Spade’s death last week, closely followed by celebrity chef, Anthony Bourdain on Friday, it’s a topic that hits close to home. Worryingly, experts believe that the majority of people who commit suicide had no previous medical history of mental health problems.
