Best Summer Cocktails: The Rosé Edition
Rosé-Aperol Spritz

Ingredients:
¾ cup passion fruit juice, chilled
¼ cup Aperol
¼ cup fresh lime juice
4 tsp sugar
1 750 ml bottle of sparkling rosé, chilled
Ruby red grapefruit wedges (for serving)
Directions:
Whisk passion fruit juice, Aperol, lime juice, and sugar in a large pitcher until sugar is dissolved. Stir in rosé. Serve spritz in large ice-filled wine glasses. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
Rosé Sangria

Ingredients:
2 ½ oz vodka
5 oz rosé
2 oz club soda
2 cherries, sliced and pitted
¼ white peach
Juice of ¼ lime
2 sugar cubes
1 ½ oz watermelon juice
Directions:
Add sugar cubes, lime juice, and club soda to a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously until the cubes dissolve. Add the remaining fruit, vodka, rosé, and watermelon juice to the cocktail shaker. Pour the unstrained cocktail into two wine glasses and enjoy.
Rosé Royale

Ingredients:
½ oz grapefruit liqueur
½ oz Royal Combier or Grand Marnier
3 oz rosé wine, chilled
2 oz champagne, chilled
Strip of pink grapefruit or orange peel
Directions:
In a large wine glass, combine the grapefruit liqueur and Royal Combier or Grand Marnier. Add the wine and champagne. Add a few ice cubes and stir. Twist the grapefruit peel over the drink to release oils, then drop it into the cocktail.
Bubbly Strawberry Mojitos

Ingredients:
1 ⅛ cups simple syrup
1 ½ cups packed mint leaves
6 limes, cut into wedges
2 cups light rum
1 750 ml bottle of sparkling rosé
12 strawberries, halved
Mint leaves for garnish, optional
Directions:
Place the simple syrup, mint leaves and limes in a large pitcher and muddle well. Stir in the rum. Pour the wine into the pitcher and gently stir to combine. Pour mojitos into ice-filled glasses and garnish with strawberries and additional mint leaves, if desired.
Ginger + Jasmine Rosé Cocktail

Ingredients:
⅓ cup simple syrup
8 slices fresh ginger
6 oz steeped jasmine tea
3 oz vodka
1 ½ oz fresh lemon juice
Splash of sparkling rosé
Directions:
Muddle the ginger and simple syrup together in a mixer. Add in the tea, vodka and lemon juice Add ice and shake. Strain over a glass with ice and add a splash of sparkling rosé on top.
